Who can register as a teacher?

Anyone can register as a teacher, no teacher diploma is required for this role.

Why is it good to belong to a school?

If you belong to a school, it will appear on your quiz data sheet so others can see that you are an active teacher and also which school you are teaching at.

How can I register for school as a teacher?

How can I register for school as a teacher? You can not register to a school. The school must send you a teacher invitation, upon acceptance of which QuizOffice will link the two registrations.

Can I belong to more than one school at a time?

Yes, there is no limit to how many schools you can belong to.

Do I need to register to upload a quiz?

Yes, only registered users can create a quiz.

If I delete my account, will all my uploaded quizzes be lost?

Quizzes completed by others will not be deleted. However, it will no longer be possible to complete them.

How can I make my completed quiz available?

As long as you are editing the quiz, no one will have access to it but you. When you’re ready, the first step is to post it.

How can I create a learning circle?

In the teacher role, there is the Student Circles menu item in the menu on the left. Here you can create a study circle with the given name by clicking the Create Study Circle button.

How do I delete a circle?

In the teacher role, there is a Student Circles menu item in the menu on the left, which also shows the student circles created in the scope. Here you can delete a study circle by clicking on the trash can icon in the list of study circles.

How can I assign a student to a circle?

For study groups, you can send an invitation to the specified email address by clicking the Send Invitation button. If the student accepts the invitation, he / she is automatically included in the student circle.

How do I assign a quiz to a learning circle?

For student circles, you can click the Assign Quiz button to assign one of the teacher-created quizzes to the student circle.

Where can I see if the students have completed the quiz assigned to them?

In the study circles, the quizzes can be viewed / distributed to the students belonging to the study circle. You can also see that who completed the quiz.

Can I share my quizzes with my class for free?

Sharing quizzes will always be free for student circles created within a school setting (school scope). In all other cases, one completion unit (per completion) will be deducted from the student's subsciption package.

How do I delete a quiz?

There is a Delete button on the quiz data sheet, which deletes the quiz. Note that quizzes purchased by others will not be deleted from the system as they were paid for. However, you will no longer be able to make a new purchase, it will no longer appear in public quizzes.

Can I put pictures in a quiz?

Yes. It is also possible to enter a cover and header image, but images can also be add to each question / answer.

Can I upload pictures for a quiz?

QuizOffice has a general media library from which you can freely choose from your images. If you can't find the right image for you, you are free to upload images to your own media library. Please note that for these pictures; you are responsible for complying with copyright.

What can I do if someone steals my quiz?

Each quiz has a datasheet where you can view the most important information about the results and the quiz. Here you can send a message to the author by clicking the Send feedback button. As a first step, please let us know your issue.
