Some quizzes are available free of charge to anyone without registration to try out QuizOffice. You must register for the other quizzes.
How do I fill in a quiz?
In order to complete a quiz and see your rating, you need to register. After entering your data, you will find the Buy function in the menu on the left, where you can browse through the public quizzes.
Can I create a quiz as a student?
As a student, you do not have the ability to create a quiz. To create a quiz, click on the circular monogram / avatar icon in the upper right corner and select the User Profile menu item and set up the teacher role for yourself.
How many quizzes can I fill in?
There is no upper limit for completing quizzes. The number of times you can complete a worksheet is determined by your subscription package.
Will I get my results?
The results are immediately evaluated by QuizOffice and shown at the end. The way of how you see the results for a quiz is set by the author.
When is it free to fill in?
If you were given the assignment in a learning circle, you can complete it for free.In all other cases, the fill unit will be deducted from your subscription.
Where can I see what quizzes I bought?
You can see all your purchased and / or completed quizzes on the Student Dashboard.
How can I change my name?
Click on the circular monogram / avatar icon in the upper right corner to select the User Profile menu item and change your name in the profile information.
How can I enter a learning circle?
You cannot “enter” a circle of students. You will only be able to get in with an invitation sent out by the teacher.
How do I change my e-mail address?
You can change your e-mail address on the User Profile page.
What happens if I lose my Internet access while filling in?
A session is interrupted after 30 minutes of inactivity. Most browsers allow you to continue working in the event of an Internet connection outage. In case the internet connection is interrupted for more than 30 minutes, your answers will not be saved and your filling will be lost.
Can I fill in a quiz more than once?
For free worksheets, there is no limit to repeating fills.Or, within the number of fills specified in a given subscription package, a given worksheet can be filled in multiple times by subtracting one fill unit per fill.
Where can I report a bug found in a task?
Each quiz has a datasheet where you can view the most important information about the results and the quiz. Here you can send a message to the author by clicking the Send feedback button.
How do I delete myself?
You can unregister on the User Profile page.
If I delete my account, can I restore it later?
You have 30 days to reactivate your registration by logging in. After 30 days sour registration will then be deleted completely.
If I delete my account, will all my purchased quizzes be lost?
Upon cancellation, only the cancellation request will be registered and you have the option to reactivate for 30 days. After 30 days we will delete all your data, including your fills and purchases. Only invoices issued to you will be retained for the period required by law.
